L'AZIENDA
Fondata nel 1952, l'azienda è da sempre specializzata nella qualità e nell'innovazione. Il Maglificio Ripa dispone di un proprio reparto di progettazione. La produzione è orientata verso settori definiti: costumi da bagno, lingerie e intimo, abbigliamento sportivo e capospalla: tessuti uniti, tinti in filo, jacquard, stampe. I tessuti sono distribuiti in tutti i principali mercati europei, statunitensi e asiatici. I continui investimenti in tecnologia portano il Maglificio Ripa ad aprire, alla fine del 2024, una nuova unità produttiva di oltre 2.000 metri quadrati adiacente al complesso storico.

Splendide tinte unite in jersey singolo calibro 44 in nylonspandex, jacquard fantasia unici, coste e pouf. Splendidi Lurex oro, bronzo e argento ravvivano il tutto. Righe a pannelli multicolore e righe allover su fondi lisci o fantasia. Prodotti ecologici per stampe e tinte unite fantasia.

Composition: 78% ByNature Polyamide · 22% Elastane H 185CM - W 150 GR/MQ ECO 180AX DIS.8072 GRS - This jacquard is constructed around Q-NOVA® by Fulgar, a pre-consumer recycled polyamide that reduces waste without reducing quality. The result is a fabric with real structure, real stretch, and a clear conscience. Composition: 76% Q-NOVA® Polyamide · 24% Elastane H 155CM - W 215 Gr/MQ HALO - HALO is a clean-cut compact interlock powered by Sensil® ByNature PA — an ISCC+ certified, bio-based Nylon 6.6 that saves 1,800 kg of CO₂ per ton versus conventional nylon. Composition: 84% ByNature® Polyamide · 16% Elastane H 170CM - W 190 Gr/MQ 4EVER FIVE - 4EVER FIVE is built differently. This compact interlock achieves its stretch through an innovative elastic polyester fiber, eliminating the need for elastane entirely and resulting in a 100% polyester monomaterial. No recycling barriers.
