Casa da Malha nasce nel 2016, dal desiderio di essere un'azienda innovativa attraverso azioni socialmente consapevoli e sostenibili.
Produciamo un'ampia gamma di maglie circolari, da un jersey basico ad un double-face fantasia elaborato, cercando di garantire la qualità dei nostri prodotti attraverso una costante supervisione e l'utilizzo di materie prime premium e sostenibili tra cui segnaliamo: Seacell, DEOCELL e Tencel fibre cellulosiche, viscosa ECOVERO, ananas, soia, seta, cotone a fibra lunga, lana, ortica, lino, canapa, cashmere, KAPOK, COOLMAX, CRABYON, poliestere e acetato Eastman NAIA.

Ad ogni collezione semestrale, abbiamo una gamma realizzata con filati che avevamo in magazzino perché facciamo tutto il possibile affinché le nostre risorse non vadano a vuoto e stiamo ancora sviluppando pratiche circolari per aiutare a ridurre l'impronta ecologica e accorciare il nostro catena del valore.

CM01449 - This jersey is made with 100% european linen, that wasn´t dyed. The tone that you see, is it´s natural color. From a seed as pure as when nature first selected it, this quality of yarn is made the way it used to be back in time with that purity and devotion that make it so special. This linen retains all its properties in its fibers, making it very soft on the skin! CM01631 - The cotton used is Good Earth Cotton®, which relies on modern regenerative farming practices that minimise the global environmental footprint of cotton while helping to maximise soil health and environmental outcomes. It is also carbon positive due to CO2 sequestration through agriculture. It is also fully traceable thanks to FibreTrace® technology - a luminescent pigment is incorporated into the raw fibre (for example, it is added at the cotton gin). Scans are performed at all stages of production, ensuring full transparency throughout the supply chain. This allows consumers to shop with confidence, knowing exactly what they are purchasing. CM01622 - A very soft and fluid jersey with an open, breathable structure, made from bamboo lyocell (CleanBamboo®). CleanBamboo® technology is patented globally and is made from 100% FSC-certified & OCS organic bamboo pulp. Made in a non-toxic, closed-loop system. CM01635 - A soft and fluid terry made with viscose and polyester. The viscose is Viscose made with CIRCULOSE®, which 30% of it is recycled from textile waste, trought a innovative textile process that uses 100% renewable energy and environmentally safe chemicals, that is an alternative to conventional raw materials for fashion like wood. Using CIRCULOSE® instead of wood, cotton or oil to make clothes is one way we can lower the climate and environmental impact of the fashion industry. CM01618 - This is a heavyweight american fleece with an amazing fantasy yarn in the loop. It’s extremly compact, yet soft and with a stunning and exclusive appearance. You can make this knit in any color, but we chosen to keep its natural color. No dyes needed, preserving the rustic look and the highlighting the unique loop texture. CM01649 - The polyamide used is EVO by FULGAR®, with 100% bio-based content. The main part comes from the inedible castor plant, and the remaining material comes from industrial corn. The castor plant grows wild, and the corn used is planted on lands that do not compete with traditional food crops. Only 40% of the corn kernel is used—the rest is sold for other food and feed markets. Besides being made with renewable raw materials, the performance of EVO is surprising: - It’s ultra-light; - Super stretch—has a modulus of elasticity that is greatly superior to any other polyamides 6.6; - Extremely breathable; - Dries quickly—50% faster compared to 100% polyamide 6.6; - Has intrinsic thermal insulation properties—protecting the wearer from variations in external temperature; - Has built-in bacteriostatic capacity—providing natural odor control (stopping bad smells before they start). CM01589 - Born from 100% bio-based materials, NOOSA™ brings circularity to the textile industry and offers the most promising alternative to polyester. Besides being a low-impact material, this fiber provides increased breathability and low odor retention, has hypoallergenic and low inflammability properties, it dries quickly and ironing is not required. Furthermore, NOOSA™ polylactic acid (PLA) is fully recyclable, thanks to the NOOCYCLE™ patented technology, which revalorizes waste at the post-industrial, pre-consumer, and post-consumer levels. CM01596 - This jersey knit was made from 100% Brewed Protein™ by Spiber, combining advanced innovation with a natural aesthetic. Developed through a fermentation-based process, the fabric offers a soft touch, fluid drape, and an authentic natural appearance. Its bio-based composition provides an innovative alternative to conventional fibers, merging sustainability with comfort and versatility. CM01658 - Bold stripes in two naturally dyed colors from Tintoria Di Quaregna. Made from 100% Merino wool, this knit is exceptionally warm and soft to the touch. Free from chemical dyes, it others a natural, skin-friendly option while maintaining the characteristics and comfort expected from Merino Wool.
