Balancircular® is a proprietary special knit fabric trademarked by Maruwa Knit Co., Ltd.. It is a unique "WOVEN KNIT" material that integrates the characteristics of woven fabric and knitwear by incorporating nylon warp yarns into the knitting process. Although it is a knit fabric, its elegant appearance and smooth texture resemble those of a woven textile, giving it a refined and sophisticated look. Features of Balancircular® Excellent freedom of movement The knit structure provides natural stretch with moderate tension, allowing the fabric to comfortably conform to the body and deliver exceptional wearability. Resistant to losing its shape and wrinkling Thanks to its high recovery properties, the fabric is less prone to deformation and wrinkling during movement, including at stress points such as the elbows and knees. Lightweight finish with minimal fraying The fabric is highly resistant to fraying, allowing it to be used without edge finishing in many applications. This reduces the need for seam allowances and additional stitching, resulting in lighter finished garments.

The fabric features a unique circular-knit structure integrated with warp yarns, providing excellent shape stability and creating a silhouette similar to that of a woven fabric. In addition, the use of ultra-fine 16.5-micron wool gives the material an exceptionally soft and luxurious hand feel. YTH258 - A jacquard fleece fabric featuring a distinctive pattern created by bringing the thicker back yarns to the face side of the fabric. Organic cotton is used for the cotton component, while the back yarns are made from bulky polyester with excellent thermal insulation properties. The construction also helps reduce snagging, making the fabric both functional and durable. WW-163T - Engineered to replicate the luxurious softness and elegant appearance of cashmere using high-performance nylon fibers. CS-1673 - Crafted on Maruwa Knit’s proprietary Balancer Circular knitting machine, this premium fabric combines organic cotton on the face with 100% silk against the skin in a sophisticated plating construction.
