Products with sustainability features

CM01587 - A quilted fabric made from 100% cotton, including the filling, replacing traditional polyester filling yarns. Without synthetic fibers, featuring an abstract pattern that evokes a nature-inspired look. In this trial, we used conventional cotton for the filling, but for production, we can make it a 100% organic cotton knit. CM01569 - With great drape and feel, it’s perfect for base layers due to its softness, breathability, and moisture absorption. The elastane used is Regen Bio-Based elastane from creora® (with 98% bio-based content). Made from renewable resources, it helps mitigate carbon emissions and eliminates resource scarcity concerns, while performing just as well as standard elastane. CM01561 - In the inside, to be used next to the skin: The well-known Lyocell TENCEL™, which, besides the comfort and smooth surface, improves an unfavorable environment for bacterial growth. It is a fiber that absorbs moisture efficiently, and because it has a higher vapor uptake, it supports the body’s thermal regulating mechanism. In the faces connection: The polyamide used is EVO by FULGAR®, with 100% bio-based content. The main part comes from the inedible castor plant, and the remaining material comes from industrial corn. The castor plant grows wild, and the corn used is planted on lands that do not compete with traditional food crops. Besides being made with renewable raw materials, the performance of EVO is surprising: - It’s ultra-light; - Super stretch — has a modulus of elasticity that is greatly superior to any other polyamides 6.6; - Extremely breathable; - Dries quickly — 50% faster compared to 100% polyamide 6.6; - Has intrinsic thermal insulation properties — protecting the wearer from variations in external temperature; - Has built-in bacteriostatic capacity — providing natural odor control (stopping bad smells before they start). And in the outside: A fine mercerized merino wool, with its natural propreties. The wool mercerization, removes the scale structure from the surface of the yarn and applying a permanent thin layer of silicone polymer onto its surface. It enhances the softness of the wool and it’s durability. CM01585 - This thicker piquê adds body and texture to your designs — perfect for your refined polos. CM01449 - This jersey is made with 100% european linen, that wasn´t dyed. The tone that you see, is it´s natural color. From a seed as pure as when nature first selected it, this quality of yarn is made the way it used to be back in time with that purity and devotion that make it so special. This linen retains all its properties in its fibers, making it very soft on the skin! CM01591 - A fine, ultra-light interlock fabric with an incredibly soft touch. Made with Micromodal for exceptional softness and polyester for added strength and durability. The polyester used is naNea by OceaNSafe — a sustainable fiber engineered for both degradability and recyclability. Its unique polymer structure enables rapid biodegradation in open environments without the need for chemical additives. As a result, it doesn’t release persistent micro- or nanoplastics, while still matching the performance of traditional PET. naNea also offers excellent built-in moisture management, making it ideal for modern performance wear. CM01579 - One of our lightest knits — an 80 gsm jersey with a soft touch and subtle shine. Its lightweight and transparent nature gives it an airy feel, while the slightly rustic, slub-like texture adds character and a natural look. Ideal for lightweight and breathable pieces with a touch of natural sophistication. CM01564 - This plush was engineered to have two different loop heights, creating a fun vertical stripe effect. You can create your own rapport—get in touch with our sales team to explore customization options. In production, we can also use recycled polyester if you wish. CM01566 - This fantasy jersey with an open structure is made from organic cotton, and we decided to keep its natural color without any dyes. CM01601
