Founded it in 1966 by Mr Carlos Rego, today Louropel has the world largest industrial area, 5 manufacturing plants and 60 years’ know how. Louropel provides worldwide customers with buttons and raw materials as rods, polyester sheets, urea, zamac, nylon ABS, brass, real horn, coconut, melamine, cork, bone, natural corozo and real wood buttons, buckles and toggles.
In order to reduce the waste of natural sources, Louropel implemented a licensed eco-responsible production. By building this ecosystem, we design a totally exclusive environmentally friendly buttons line made from natural vegetal fibers, recycled real horn powder and biodegradable components such as cotton, cork, recycled paper, hemp, coffee beans, sawdust, wheat flour and more!
