Product and Description

  • CM01649
  • The polyamide used is EVO by FULGAR®, with 100% bio-based content. The main part comes from the inedible castor plant, and the remaining material comes from industrial corn.
    The castor plant grows wild, and the corn used is planted on lands that do not compete with traditional food crops. Only 40% of the corn kernel is used—the rest is sold for other food and feed markets.
    Besides being made with renewable raw materials, the performance of EVO is surprising:
    - It’s ultra-light;
    - Super stretch—has a modulus of elasticity that is greatly superior to any other polyamides 6.6;
    - Extremely breathable;
    - Dries quickly—50% faster compared to 100% polyamide 6.6;
    - Has intrinsic thermal insulation properties—protecting the wearer from variations in external temperature;
    - Has built-in bacteriostatic capacity—providing natural odor control (stopping bad smells before they
    start).
