Rebirth

Material Story

In the clear sky, wrapped in the golden lights of spring, nature awakens and paints the world with new life. A black and orange butterfly gracefully emerges from its suspended cocoon, evoking the lightness of the MET Manifattura Etichette Tessute labels. A little further on, the jacquards by Olimpias Labels reflect the delicate movement of a bee collecting pollen from a lavender bud, amid shades of lilac and gold. In a nest woven from slender twigs, two eggs rest peacefully, their hues mirrored in the accessories by Gruppo Uniesse Bottoni. Beside a trunk polished smooth by time, spring spreads across the tender grass, making tiny white flowers bloom – an inspiration for the exquisite embroideries by Madeira Embroidery Threads. Even the still-bare trees yield to the warmth of the new season: the wood glows with tones of red and orange, like the wool and silk by Mallalieus illuminated by the rising sun. Among other leafy branches, the soft plumage by Galeottipiume recreates the tender scene of two small birds waiting for their mother in the nest, while another bee dances upon a pure white flower rising from the green meadow, like the canvas of Lino per sempre / Northern Linen. Meanwhile, the ribbons of Aeffe intertwine gently, tracing the outline by a chick with newly hatched, still-tousled feathers, as two water lilies emerge from the lake’s surface, their delicate hues recalling the accessories by Texcart. Finally, the tulle and lace by Renard Grière lift into the air like a blue butterfly opening its wings to the light – a perfect symbol of rebirth and the enchantment of nature.
