Beautiful Siam

Material Story

We fly to the other side of the world on a journey that blends sensory calm with urban discovery, to the unique and vibrant land of Thailand, where the sacred converses with the pulsing rhythm of the cities. The journey begins at Bangkok’s Grand Palace, whose sumptuous architecture seems to be reflected in the trimmings by Toschi Passamanerie, while the accessories by Metalstudio / Metalprecious – MTWH Group are arranged like golden gateways, evoking the solemn entrance to the royal complex. Not far away, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha casts its red and sky-blue hues onto the soft cottons by Brennet, while Eugster & Huber canvases echo the luminous whiteness of the statue at the Wat Pha Sorn Kaew monastery. In another wing of the palace, the deep black of the roofs meets the gold of the decorations, creating a vibrant contrast with the white of the walls: a chromatic dialogue that comes to life again in the belts by I.S.G. Italian Stylistic Group. The accessories by Mengoni e Nassini – MTWH Group, meanwhile, recall the splendour of the Great Buddha of Phuket, the iconic monument that dominates Nakkerd Hill. As the sun begins its descent, the Wat Arun temple complex is bathed in a rosy light which, together with the reflections of the sea, tints the delicate jerseys by Brugnoli. With the horizon now immersed in twilight, the beige and peach nuances by ST Milano – Semplicemente Tulle seem to stretch across the landscape of the Twin Pagodas, enveloping Thailand’s highest peak in a suspended, unforgettable aura. Then night falls, and the metropolis awakens in a new dimension: lights, signs and reflections ignite the streets of Bangkok, transferring onto the canvases by Manly Interlinings the magnetism of deep black and the energy of vivid red. Finally, the stainless-steel accessories by Dorlet rise like luminous skyscrapers, standing out against the Thai sky and reminding us that, even in this land of temples and silence, there are cities that never sleep.
