Product and Description

  • PYRATEX® solea 15
  • PYRATEX® solea 15 is a soft jersey made from 100% Spanish cotton. The cotton used for PYRATEX® solea is locally grown across 400 hectares of farmland, primarily in Seville and Córdoba, where the warm climate and rich soil provide ideal conditions for high-quality fiber.Cotton is sown in April or May, when the weather and soil conditions are ideal for farming. The crop is ready for harvest in late September and October. During this period, gentle machinery is used to pick the cotton, carefully separating the buds from the plant without uprooting it or disturbing the soil.

    It is then cleaned and ginned in Spain before being spun and knitted into fabrics in Portugal. This collection is fully traceable from fiber to final fabric. By keeping our entire supply chain close to home, we minimise the environmental impact of transportation while enabling better oversight and quality control at every stage.
