Product and Description

  • PYRATEX® element 3
  • PYRATEX® element 3 is a soft jersey fabric made with agri-waste from the food industry banana trees and organic cotton. Banana waste fiber is more durable and absorbent compared to conventional cotton because it is derived from the stems of the plant, which typically have a high cellulose content and water-resisting properties.

The PYRATEX® element family offers a circular solution to the banana plant's leftovers after harvest, also allowing local farmers to have an additional income stream.
