With a few jumpers packed in our suitcase, we set off on a journey through Ireland, taking in its breathtaking landscapes and Dublin's distinctive streets. The texture of the magnificent Cliffs of Moher echoes the vivid green of the wool blend by Tessuti & Tessuti, while the warm alpaca blend by Loden Steiner takes on the hue of ivy climbing over what appears to be a historic castle. Meanwhile, the coastal cottages form the woolly checks by Texapel, and the bold tartan by CNC Tessuti brings to mind the image of a typical Irish pub. Rows of buildings made from brown brick, like the suede by C.T.A. Centro Tessile Annunziata, line up and reflect in the sea. The GOTS-certified wool fibres by Linton Tweeds recreate the tones of a majestic fortress surrounded by lush vegetation. Amid the deep green Irish valleys, two little sheep call to mind the teddy cashmere outerwear by Lanificio Becagli. The velvety pattern by Seterie Argenti evokes the world-famous Giant’s Causeway, with its unmistakable natural rock formations. At sunset in Dublin, the sun’s rays faintly illuminate the streets like the flecked tweed by Milior 1895. Finally, the Supermoda plaid brings to life the image of Ireland’s captivating dark streets, lit by neon signs and filled with a lively nightlife scene.
