High-altitude fun

Eco-Sustainable Story

In the heart of winter, we head off on a high-altitude holiday, where the snow brightens the scenery and enjoyment is assured. The day begins with preparing skis and goggles, their colours adorning the ribbons by Framis Italia, while the wool by Forza Giovane Art evokes the look of the snow-covered pines we see from the chairlift. Then we spot a snow enthusiast on a snowmobile, kicking up snow in a pattern almost geometric, reminiscent of Lemar's design. The Trimalhas – Knit Inspiration tweed echoes the black-and-white contrast of other snow-laden trees, while some people sled downhill. We disembark the chairlift and notice two sleds in the same colour as the warm fabric by Manifattura di Carmignano. A boy nearby, dressed in technical gear, wears a Brugnoli sweatshirt as he prepares to snowboard. He sets off, and so do we, enjoying the slope and taking in the surroundings – like another snowboarder who seems to soar through soft clouds, reminiscent of the sheer fabric by Manly Interlinings. The blue jersey by Maglificio Corno reflects the same blue as the sky as we launch ourselves, skis first, into an acrobatic jump before finishing the run. The sun begins to set, and a child in a multicoloured jacket – like the Eurojersey print –drags his sled across the flat ground. Finally, the Textil Santanderina twill takes on a warm shade of white, just like the stunning mountain landscape at sunset, inviting a boy with his snowboard to take on the last run of the day.
