Head in the clouds

Material Story

High above the clouds, skyscrapers and rock giants emerge, their peaks soaring into the sky, enjoying a view reserved for the fortunate few over a fluffy blanket of cotton. Multiple floors rise from the dense mist, creating a milky gauze by Infinity - Codice - JJ Moon beneath their summits, obscuring the world below. As daylight draws near, the buildings pierce through the nebulous covering that blankets the city, resembling scattered points on a fabric by Tessitura Corti. With a fil coupé effect, SFT / SFT Print - Sampietro Group replicates the light and compact motion of clouds, densely packed to form a floor around the steep peaks of the mountains. Draping a structure, the checkered fabric by Lanificio Luigi Zanieri stretches upward, breaking through the grey veil that hides the dawn. In the evening, the clouds become a canvas where city lights and the sunset blend into the lilac hue of a soft My Lab scarf. A red cord emerges against a rosy ribbon by Barig Nastri dal 1973, offering a poetic vision of the damp morning as a bridge across the bay appears suspended over a misty chiffon sea. At the foot of a crater, the clouds resemble volcanic vapours cascading down the mountain, like the shores of a fabric by Magma Têxtil. Like a rock surrounded by waves, a fabric by E. Thomas stands immovable against the thick expanse trying in vain to swallow it. A complex design architecture turns the blue sky into its façade, reflecting it on its glass cladding. The reflective sheen of a Eurostick fabric slices through the delicate, snowy veil. Finally, two towers, halves of the same structure like the equal ends of a Metal Service strap, aim toward the airy ceiling like rockets ready to journey into the heavens.
