The Cinque Terre

Material Story

The hills descend steeply into the sea, which winds its way into the fragmented coast of La Spezia. Where five villages bring life to the shores with their charm, the soul is calmed by the natural hues and the warm plaster of the houses that open their windows onto small patches of beach. At the foot of the cultivated mountain, a fabric by Albano Morgado seems to embrace the sea as it seeps into the square. On the sands of Monterosso, a stone giant steadfastly bears the weight of the ruins of an ancient villa. Neptune bows to his waters, seated on dry, striped boulders reminiscent of a fabric by Estethia G.B. Conte - Marzotto Group. The rocky coastline lends itself to panoramic terraces where the breeze refreshes the breath and the light foliage whispers in your ears under the shade of a Ruffo Coli veil. From above, the gaze stretches across the blue, which gradually deepens. The rocks sink ever deeper into the surface, covered by a fabric by Halley Stevensons until they disappear into the intensity of its colour. A small boat awaits the striped design by Lorenzo Tessuti to embark on an exclusive boat tour offshore and enjoy the view. The unique panorama is complemented by attention to detail, enriching convivial moments. Around a small table, the embroidery of lace by Jean Bracq carries on elegant conversations with the surroundings. The architecture is breathtaking, climbing the slopes and floating above the water with a spontaneity as if it had naturally emerged there. A church stands out in the landscape with the pale pinkish whiteness of a jersey by I.T.J.V. Têxteis. Touched by the sunset, the stone changes its appearance as darkness falls. The last light rests on the wall, simulating a dry cascade of buttons by Gruppo Uniesse Bottoni. At the end of the journey, the buttons by Metalbottoni are gently rocked by the morning tide, while a light fabric by Vitale Barberis Canonico rests delicately on the pink rocks bathed by the waves. A tag by Formeidee becomes the postcard of the small Cinque Terre and the intimacy felt in their alleys that open onto the sea.
