SFK4549/L23 - Chargeurs PCC ‘s weft-inserted technology in warp knitting contributes to the production of interlining with unique qualities and performance features. From the extremely light knitted interlining designed to the most transparent outer fabric, to thick interlining for heavy fabrics as coats and jackets, this innovation enables superior quality with remarkable resilience and recovery in the weft direction and ensures high stability and control in the warp direction. SFK4549/L23 is a low melt fusible interlining part of our Lainière Paris Collection, developed and produced in our historical French factory. This knitted interlining finds its applications in dresses and small cuts for jackets. Composition: 100% recycled polyester, 72 gr/m2. SFK3209/20 - Chargeurs PCC ‘s weft-inserted technology in warp knitting contributes to the production of interlining with unique qualities and performance features. From the extremely light knitted interlining designed to the most transparent outer fabric, to thick interlining for heavy fabrics as coats and jackets, this innovation enables superior quality with remarkable resilience and recovery in the weft direction and ensures high stability and control in the warp direction. SFK3209/20 is a fusible interlining with Top Satin construction, part of our Lainière Paris Collection, developed and produced in our historical French factory. This knitted interlining finds its applications in front of jackets, but also in shirts and dresses, when combined with a medium heavy non-transparent outershell. Composition: 100% recycled polyester, with 60% biobased polyamide coating, 64 gr/m2. SFK4119/30 - Featuring Dreamlight, part of our Lainière Paris Collection, where over a century of expertise in the womenswear Haute Couture was developed by our historical French factory of Lainière de Picardie. Dreamlight proposes almost invisible knitted interlinings for transparent & lightweight fabrics, among which SFK4119/30 as one of the thinnest warp knitted weft inserted interlinings in the world, benefiting from our patented GMP technology providing optimal adhesion for a diverse range of applications while preventing strike through/strike back. This knitted interlining finds its applications in light & destructured garments featuring medium-light textiles of ladieswear. Composition: 60% recycled polyester 40% polyester, with 60% biobased polyamide coating, 28 gr/m2. SFK6019/23 - Featuring Dreamlight, part of our Lainière Paris Collection, where over a century of expertise in the womenswear Haute Couture was developed by our historical French factory of Lainière de Picardie. Dreamlight proposes almost invisible knitted interlinings for transparent & lightweight fabrics, among which SFK6019/23 as one of the thinnest warp knitted weft inserted interlinings in the world. This knitted interlining finds its applications in light & destructured garments featuring medium-light textiles or medium-light jackets of ladieswear. Composition: 55% biobased polyamide 45% polyamide, with 60% biobased polyamide coating, 26 gr/m2. DDW060 - Partnership Nativa + Thindown gave birth to a worldwide exclusivity for wadding that promises the best customer experience through a new match offering high performances: Thindown’s real down and NATIVA™ wool maintain an ideal body temperature in extreme conditions, though soft, lightweight, and breathable. NATIVA™ wool also provides moisture resistance and odor control. Both are environmentally friendly thanks to natural degradability and natural renewable of down and wool, RDS certified or post-consumer recycled down, but also thanks to traceability set up by both brands. Thindown + NATIVA™ Collection means high standards for high quality wadding. Several weights available: 60 grams/m2, 100 grams/m2, 150 grams/m2. Composition: 50 % Thindown 35 % Nativa™ wool 15% polyester. Developed in collaboration with NIPI Italia SRL, Thindown & Nativa fabrics and laminating are made in Italy. SFK2416/23 - Chargeurs PCC ‘s weft-inserted technology in warp knitting contributes to the production of interlining with unique qualities and performance features. From the extremely light knitted interlining destined to the most transparent outer fabric, to thick interlining for heavy fabrics as coats and jackets, this innovation enables superior quality with remarkable resilience and recovery in the weft direction and ensures high stability and control in the warp direction. SFK2416/23 is part of our Lainière Paris Collection, developed and produced in our historical French factory. This knitted interlining finds its applications in lapel and front of jackets and coats. It benefits also from our patented GMP technology providing optimal adhesion for a diverse range of applications while preventing strike through/strike back. Composition: 100% recycled polyester, with 60% biosourced polyamide coating SFD8515-80 - Environmentally friendly wadding range made with a subtle blend of sustainable blockchain-backed Nativa™ Wool and plant-derived polylactic (PLA). Our PLA is a biosourced plastic derived from corn, with enhanced degradability. Highly permeable to water, PLA is appreciated in applications such as sports textiles, reducing the dampness caused by sweat. This blend creates warm, washable wadding for outerwear garments that provides insultation, retains loft, contains odors, provides natural thermoregulation, and is moisture resistant. Several weights available: 80 grams/m2, 110 grams/m2, 150 grams/m2. Composition: 85% Nativa™ wool and 15% Polylactic acid (PLA). Made in Italy. SFW5185/A30 - DHJ is the leading technical expert in shirt interlinings worldwide. Our DHJ Collection is developed and coated in our historical French factory. SFW5185/A30 is part of Fusetec range, dedicated to the reinforcement of interlinings in women’s casual shirts. It benefits also from our patented GMP technology providing optimal adhesion for a diverse range of applications while preventing strike through/strike back. Washable at high temperature 90°C, its coating resists also dying after confection. Composition: 100% recycled polyester, with 60% biosourced polyamide coating. SFC4321W - Over more than a century, Bertero’s brand is renown as pioneer and leader in the canvas interlinings production mainly dedicated to chest pieces, giving shape and structure to jackets and coats. SFC4321W is a non-fusible canvas used as floating chest piece in the fronts of jackets and coats essentially for the Menswear Garment industry. Washable at high temperature 95°C. Composition: 100% recycled polyester, non-coated SFK2649/23 - Chargeurs PCC ‘s weft-inserted technology in warp knitting contributes to the production of interlining with unique qualities and performance features. From the extremely light knitted interlining destined to the most transparent outer fabric, to thick interlining for heavy fabrics as coats and jackets, this innovation enables superior quality with remarkable resilience and recovery in the weft direction and ensures high stability and control in the warp direction.
