Lanificio Faliero Sarti is a textile company established by Faliero Sarti in 1949 who gave a unique imprint to the company compared to the ones already existing in Prato area. Since the beginning the winning idea has been to work in the rising market of alta moda and pret-a-porter, using first quality raw material and extremely accurate finishing. Few years later he introduced the production of jersey fabric, being one of the first in Prato. Between 1956 and 1976 the company builds its own weaving and finishing facilities specialized in working finer quality. Faliero Sarti becomes the reference point for most of the main designers and manufacturers worldwide in terms of new textile design. All fabrics are kept in the company archive, one of the largest of its kind in Europe and is available to the most smart designers.

Weaving passion

Faliero Sarti collection is made of woven and jersey targeting different style of contemporary fashion. One part has been developed looking for clean aspect, compact handfeel made of precious fiber. One part cover avangarde style with cold dyed aspect, special print made of innovative polymer.
