TOPP ITALIA was founded in 1956 by the will of the German Topp family who, first in the world, in 1945 had industrialized the production of bias tapes in Germany, up to then only done manually. The company soon became the Italian leader in the market of ribbons and trimmings for various sectors, with an average of 40 million meters produced each year. All the design and production phases are carried out in the Bassano Bresciano laboratory, where the items requested by the style offices throughout Europe are made every day. Every 6 months TOPP ITALIA presents collections that contain the most avant-garde fashion proposals in the field of ribbons and trimmings. The new items are designed by the internal Research and Development Office which also guides the purchasing choices of fabrics and materials that are better able to interpret trends and new lifestyles. For more than 70 years our name has been synonymous with bias ribbons and is the reference point for many customers who entrust us with the research and development of new solutions for their garments and recognize us an accurate, fast and professional service.
