FITECOM was founded in 1993 technical professionals with long experience in the main sectors of the textile industry.
Located in the industrial park of Tortosendo in Covilhã, it has a roofed area of approximately 20000m2 in addition to the outdoor area of 36000m2.
FITECOM has its own spinning, weaving, finishing and dyeing departments. Quality is one of the main concerns, having a laboratory certified by Dupont, where products are controlled, from raw materials to the final product.
Our fabrics are essentially 100% Wool fabrics and Wool blends, intended for the production of men's, women's and children's outerwear, for the medium and medium/high range markets.
FITECOM is certified by Oeko-Tex label and licensed by The Woolmark Company for the production and commercialization of Woolmark products. It is accredited by DuPont in the Lycra Assured program and in the application and sale of Teflon-finished fabrics. It has homologation for the use of the TREVIRA–Classixx brand. Recently acquired GRS and RWS certificates.
The company's philosophy is to improve the trinomial quality/service/price and to develop a partnership policy with clients directed to success of the parties involved.

Autunno/ Inverno 2025/2026

Nella nuova collezione Autunno/Inverno 2025/2026 di FITECOM, la lana di cashmere è ancora una volta messa in evidenza, conferendo ai tessuti un tocco più delicato e piacevole. Anche il Burel avrà la sua importanza in questa collezione, poiché, essendo un tessuto di lana, ha una qualità eccellente, una buona performance termica e un aspetto visivo molto accattivante. FITECOM continua con il ricchissimo filato fantasia Bouclé e lo ha mischiato con i suoi tradizionali filati cardati e i suoi insoliti filati pettinati. La collezione donna guadagna un nuovo risalto in questa edizione, con colori più vivaci e motivi differenzianti. Una delle grandi novità di questa nuova collezione è l'introduzione di articoli tinti con coloranti naturali, di origine vegetale, in tessuti cardati e pettinati, che sottolineano l'impegno di FITECOM per la sostenibilità
